We keep her on a window sill behind a curtain so she’s not very good -we have to yell at her to manage the lights, tv, etc. Think I’ll start asking everyday, “is Trump dead yet?” I a regular voice and see if the fbi shows up.

I assume it already did that. Which is (one of many reasons) why I don’t have one.
Enjoy counting how many times I tell it it’s a piece of shit on a daily basis. Half the time it doesn’t play anything remotely close to the artist/album I request when listening to music. Other times it just flat out doesn’t work. We got a few years ago when they were discounted around holidays - don’t think we’ll be buying any more.
Like most consumer tech, they started out pretty awesome and slowly got worse and worse as features got stripped away after countless patent infringement cases. Now pretty much all the “smart speakers” available are absolutely trash.
I’ve since disabled the mics on mine, and just use them for manually casting music.
This was the plan from the beginning. Plant a listening device in every home.
I hope lots of people will post videos of them destroying the listening devices in interesting ways.
