It’s a(n old school) runescape joke. 99 is max level, level 92 is halfway to 99 in terms of total exp needed!
Oh shit, talk about hell levels.
Actually total XP needed doubles about every 7 levels the whole way up. So yeah, can get tedious, I have a few at 85, so 1/4 of the way there.
