So if I understand correctly; Guy murders a child, but he’s rich, so he’s out on bail?

The restraint of this father was for the murderer. I would have certainly figured a way to kill this guy instead of just beating him.
Dad can beat the guy repeatedly but only kill him once. Maybe he’s doing it in installments.
I would say yes if this dude’s crime was anything else. People who hurt children that end up in jail normally end up dead very quickly by the inmates who are on death row and miss their children very badly.
All I can say is that I wish the killer well (as in “hope he gets thrown down a”).
I hope this dude gets a painful death.
