Donald Trump has demanded that the homeless “immediately” move out of Washington, D.C. to make the nation’s capital “more beautiful.”
Trump reiterated his Saturday announcement that he’s set to hold a press conference at the White House on Monday, adding on Truth Social on Sunday that “I’m going to make our Capital safer and more beautiful than it ever was before.”
“The Homeless have to move out, IMMEDIATELY,” he continued. “We will give you places to stay, but FAR from the Capital. The Criminals, you don’t have to move out. We’re going to put you in jail where you belong.”
I’m sure the homeless in DC are all republicans, so they undoubtedly have truth social installed on their iPhones and are patiently waiting for their orders. In fact with all the jobs created in this booming economy the homeless already left to start their new careers at the new factories, right?
I know you are joking, but sadly, there are houseless people who are very MAGA. Was on the bus the other day in Austin, TX and a houseless guy walked on the bus with a shirt that said “Democrats are COMMUNISTS” and another houseless guy shot up to him and unironically gloated, “Yes, you are right! The Democrats are getting their asses kicked. And Michelle Obama is a man!”. I wish I was lying.
