No, Fediverse Explorer is pulling the info from Nodeinfo which doesn’t expose language settings.
These kinds of sites just suffer from an inherent problem of never being able to have the full network. Neither has https://bookwyr.me/ in the Piefed lists despite existing.
FediDB has them at 21 servers with 1.2K MAU.
