The questionable views we’re talking about here are… Let’s just say we’re not talking about milquetoast stuff like “we should be a bit stricter with immigration” or “lower taxes on the rich”, but views that are far, far outside of the mainstream in most places in the world.
I heard about this a few nights ago and learned via the rabbit hole that Rails went rogue last month too.

I don’t know what Rails has done recently, but it was created by DHH. My understanding is that Framework is now supporting a different project of his (Omarchy), and that’s what people are upset about.
idk, because I don’t use Rails, but I scrolled past a post on Mastodon that was saying whatever it was they did was “basically union busting for OSS”.
