They just celebrated and said “that was a close one”, but did nothing effective at all to hold him accountable or to undo most of his damage. Biden was in power after Trump. It was his responsibility to use that power to ensure Trump and the rest of his cronies were held accountable for their crimes. Instead Trump was barely convicted of election fraud and they didn’t even get to sentencing before he was back in office.
