Hernandez may not appear as a typical white-collar criminal, given that he was a head of state.

Wow, this author is clearly not familiar with white collar criminals in Latin America.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
