Having recently gone to a rave I can confirm clothing like that does in fact exist

Walking out of a the largest EDM festival held in the Nordics, I saw a guy standing in the stairs in a morphsuit (basically whole body skintight suit, head and all), prominently displaying much like the man in the comic, sans the strip.

I just had to walk up to him, smile, and give a few very gentle squeezes.

He returned the favour.
