Well, the Ds know they need an independent issue or three to win an election, it’s in the numbers (Ds and Rs can’t win with only their own voters voting, they are about 30% of voters each).

Harris’ advocacy for genocide was more politically damaging than trump’s advocacy for genocide because they were appealing for votes from different constituencies. trump was soliciting votes from emotion-driven sociopaths and bigoted dullards who love to see brown people blowing up.
