They think it’s worth accepting fascism right now because it doesn’t hurt them and maybe there’s some risk protesting. They don’t think about a year down the road or 5 or 10 when they start dragging other minorities into concentration camps. It’s a blindness to truly see where this is going and deciding to take the easy path right now rather than do the right thing.
