The state doesn’t just have the right to charge the ICE officer. It has the obligation to charge him.
And when the state fails the obligation falls on the people.
And when the people fails the obligation falls on the bears.
What I’m getting at is we need to train bears to attack ICE agents. Maybe leave effigies of meat wrapped in ICE gear in the forests?
