The only problem is that so far, you’ve been doing the shooting and murdering of innocents and our side has… Protested? Those are literally the excesses on either side.
Yeah. I think the time for protests is over. You cannot speak truth to power with selective deafness. Our government is no longer for the people, they are effectively AGAINST the people.
We need to ask ourselves how effective protesting would have been for the Jews in the Nazi Germany, because that’s pretty fucking close to our current situation.
Stay safe. If ICE is in your area and you’re not gathering to protest, do not go anywhere near them in your car. They’re using people getting close to them in cars as a means to justify killing.
A war on what? No one’s buying this. Even magas in general aren’t buying this shit anymore.
I know the influencers online are still toning the party line but generally this is gone farther than it was intended to.

Everyone still going to work/school, buying new phones, eating out, etc instead of taking to the streets and demanding their democracy back. There are protests this weekend, but by Monday they’ll all be back at work.
So you know… pretty much everyone.
If I ditch work without getting my coworkers to unionize first, I will get fired.
Those who society depends on most are the least free to take time to protest
That’s the point. It’s all or nothing but organizing is extremely difficult and it will cost lives.
To organize I can go in to work and talk to coworkers about pay and their stake in the company. I don’t want “our democracy back” because it hasn’t been ours for my entire life. We need major structural changes and can’t go back to how things were.
I’m not going to unilaterally lose my job to be the only guy protesting on Monday. When you’re homeless, absolutely nobody will give a shit if the police murder you. I’m going after their money.
You don’t have to list your excuses for not defending your collapsing democracy and the gestapo murdering people in the streets. I’ve heard them all. Enjoy what little freedom you have left.
So why haven’t you marched down here yourself and taken up the good fight? Or are you just an armchair general making excuses for not protecting freedom and democracy in the world because you’re too chickenshit to actually put your money where your mouth is?
Guess what, everybody’s a hero until it’s their life on the line, and then the truth comes out: the average person is too scared to give up their homes, their food, and their lives. A cornered animal will bite, but if you leave it even one avenue of escape 9 out of 10 times it will bolt.

But it’s interesting that you’ll only do the right thing and defend your freedom if the other kids are doing it first.
You have no idea if I’m doing anything. The only thing you’ve seen me do is try to suss out whether you’re a hypocrite.
Then I have a recommendation, keep your mouth shut. Look inward to your own country and the rising right wing power structures and stop being a hypocrite.

How many more people will be sent to El Salvador or shot in the streets because of your inaction? Rent will be the least of their concerns. And that assumes you’re not the next group the persecute.
You act like civil wars don’t require feeding, supplying, and housing the people involved.
Revolutionaries still need to sleep, and at this point there is no-one out there offering to freely house and feed the thousands of people who would be needed to instigate a successful violent revolution.
Where is your action? I haven’t heard any news about the vigilante maverick out there shooting ICE Agents while somehow remaining housed and fed… Be the change you want to see in the world before you admonish others for the same inaction.

ICE is a terrorist organization.
ICE is an illegitimate agency. Doesn’t obey the courts, doesn’t follow it’s own guidelines, doesn’t follow the law or Constitution as a whole, doesn’t get held accountable, and is even praised the more brutal they become. They’re a roving street gang with government funding.
Don’t stop there. Who voted to fund this illegitimate agency?

I can’t imagine the terror Americans must be going through. I live in Canada, and I’m stressed about the possibility of an American invasion. I’ve been trying to imagine what I will do if ICE or American military agents occupy my city.
Shoot first and say you feared for your life. Only living people have a chance at getting justice, which is why they’re so quick to murder people. Beat them at their own game. Also posse up. Find people you trust, mask up, dress just like ice, confuse, ambush, disperse.
most importantly, leave your phone at home.
if you want footage, pick up a used point-and-shoot camera without wifi
remember that “resistance” doesn’t have to mean direct confrontation. sabotage and psyops hurt too
Yes, they have phone tracking technology to catch people. Glorified government funded bounty hunters. Brownshirts/Gestapo.
In many areas they also have facial recognition and license plate cameras.
