    I mean even in europe you dont usuqlly go on 2 week vacations. Its like once a year if youre middle class but most people would choose to go on more shorter ones.

      Nonsense. In Germany, we usually have 6 weeks of paid vacation time. I usually spend two weeks in the summer south my family somewhere nice, another two weeks for Christmas and new year and then use the remaining days in conjunction with bank holidays, so you get a full week off while only “spending” three or four vacation days. If people at my job want “shorter” holidays, they usually just work some overtime in advance to then spend it on two or three days off.
