The solution is that if we hang ALL of them, we won’t have to worry about them coming back around to form another regime. The main issue the US has had is we don’t punish seditious mother fuckers and/or Nazis at all and then they keep trying to take over the country. It happened after the civil war, it happened after WW2, and it happened again after the January 6 insurrection attempt. We let these people off with a slap on the wrist and then they come right back and shoot innocent people in the street. Hanged people don’t come back and shoot innocent folks in the street. That’s just a fact.
I’m not sure what the solution is. If we hang people for treason, who will stop the next regime from hanging anyone they like for “treason”. ?
