Sometimes UNFORTUNATELY there’s a thing called innocent until proven guilty without a shadow of a doubt. Which means there HAS to be an investigation, and ahem due process… you hear that in the back?? It’s unfortunate that apparently they get to pick and choose who gets due process now.
For legal repercussions, of course. As citizens we are under no obligation to pretend we didn’t see what we saw. Put me on a jury and show me that video and I’m done. I don’t know what else someone is going to spend time looking into. Maybe the bottom of a rocks glass. Due process in court, 100%, but unless that video is doctored, we have them dead to rights.

Yes, I agree with due process. I believe this should be an open and shut case. I just don’t see them having been arrested or any trials taking place.
