    Ah yes and everyone in Europe is responsible for the rise of the far right. Also, everyone in China is responsible for their government turning fascist. Everyone in Africa is responsible for not putting down warlords and everyone in Mexico is at fault for not stopping the cartels. Don’t forget South America’s failure to stop Narcoterrorism.
