People in their mid 20’s at 1:30 in the morning crashing while exiting the freeway sounds fishy to you? Because that looks like drunk driving to me.
Plus it sounds like he was the only one in the car of several people who died and it doesn’t infer anything about their being any other vehicles involved.
Then, if you went out to try and kill someone, would you really think a car wreck would be your best chance to do it? Like 95%+ of wrecks aren’t fatal anymore. It’d be like the dumbest most inconsistent way to try.
If you’re going to make conspiracy theories; they have to still be a little bit plausible. Not like wrecking a car that leaves three survivors\witnesses
Happened at 1am, not 1:30am. Bars close at 2am. The previous incident last year also happened at 12:40am. Orta was the one that expressed concern when seeing the open container, but also said that alcohol wasn’t involved and Martinez wasn’t intoxicated. They should have a toxicology report, but where is it?
That highway is 65 mph which means most people are probably driving 70-80 because that’s what they do everywhere around where I live. If you drive 60-65, they assume you are the one that was drinking on trying not to get pulled over.
I frequently drive with 3 passengers and they are always looking at their phones or sleeping.
The previous incident hidden for a full year, so there is evidence of cover up which is a big part of conspiracy theories.
Things that could have happened:
There is a bar next to where it happened. A drunk person could have walked in the road or drove in front of them. Almost zero reaction time and passengers would be unaware. They will drive off fast to not get a dui and be at fault.
Brakes could have been tampered with. It was only days before he was going to sign the statement.
They could have been drinking, but you’d think that information would be out by now because they would have tested for this.
The offramp is about 350 ft. The stopping distance for that vehicle with a 1.5 second reaction time is about 340ft at 65mph. He could slam on his brakes and still slide right into that pole if he swerved to avoid something.
It’s probably not a conspiracy, but it definitely could be. He was already involved in something the government was hiding for a year and was about to sign the sworn statement. That does make it semi-credible.
Was it even his car? He wasn’t driving. There’s been no word about a drunk wondering on the highway or that the driver has stated why they crashed.
Unless they were driving something like 40 years old, vehicles usually get mad at you pretty quick if there’s a major issue with brake fluid. Plus almost anywhere you start at, you’ve used the brakes a couple times before you get into a highway. It still stands that the odds of dying in a car accident are very low.
Did they have high blood alcohol?
What’s it matter? Unless the driver claims the car suddenly started driving itself and stomping on the gas as it steered into the median against their efforts, why would you suspect any foul play? Article doesn’t mention anything about anyone’s bac. But it is a very short leap to make an assumption when a crash happens around when the bars close from a group of people in their 20’s.
It matters because that’s what you implied. I wanted to know if you knew something I don’t. I didn’t make any claims about foul play. I didn’t assume anything, but it seems you might have made some assumptions.
