I also needed a small, cheap robot for a garage office and went with SwitchBot. It’s good enough that I’d recommend it for anyone with a carpetless apartment. It gets around chairs a lot better than my normal sized bot.

I’m digitizing my SO’s cd collection now. Half are normal cds. 1/4 are promo or weird stuff from bands that barely existed. The rest are mix tapes or unreleased things from when they worked as a music journalist in college.

The simple way to deal with this is through extensions. Collect anonymized data through an extension, let the user decide to opt-out if they want.

Corps. All of the bells and whistles it has ties into the corps tenant which includes isolation of things like sync’d profiles, seamless sso, favorites, extensions, etc
Since it’s all under the tenant, all of that data is subject to the same privacy and policies the corp and MS agreed to, which makes it easy to work with other companies that have their own client policy requirements.
MS also makes it easy to control and harden all of their products including Edge using policy controls from a single UI.
You can’t do any of this with Firefox without extra effort.
Whether you like it or not, it’s almost the defacto for business collaboration.
Thunderbird lacks calendar, shared scheduling, and a number of other collab features.

Edit: I just remembered that the New Outlook will be pretty cross-platform since it’s effectively OWA.
It’s hard to explain. The keyboards they built just felt and worked better. They clicked just right, they had the shape right. Once they licensed out production like their Android branded phones it wasn’t as good.
There was a device called Typo that copied their keyboard exactly but attached to iPhone that was good but they must have really copied BB because they got sued into smithereens.
I wish this was the in top 10 reasons to be upset with the US right now.
