Dont care unless something significant happens
Bruh that’s gotta be one of the worst trains of thought I’ve seen recently ngl. I don’t even know how passkeys work and I know that. Based on your understanding, you could log into someone’s account just by reading a QR code. Which of these is more likely:
The entire cybersecurity community mysteriously and completely forgot that machines can read QR codes (which is, by the way, literally the entire purpose of a QR code)
You don’t understand how passkeys work
How arrogant do you have to be?
You could also use the Subscribed feed
Just ban political communities
Well it was fun while it lasted
That clarification is not making me calm
This is so cool!
Crash Nitro Kart and some of the PS2 Crash platformers are pretty good. The Kart one has a boosting system that I like better than mario kart (and better items and vibes tbh)
Yes…
I can submit a post to Lemmy by mentioning the community handle in my post
That’s why I thought you came from Mastodon; they have the same feature.
Whoa, is this from Mastodon?
I’ve played TF2 for years-- only, after Meet Your Match. (Wow this game is old…)
Yeah it was rough for a year or two there… but Valve did a massive banwave and now I’ve only seen a group of bots join my server twice in the last year, and we could kick them easily
This functionality has been ripped out of the game
Nope, see the server browser ingame
The game has been dead, riddled with bots
Not anymore!
Self-hosting isn’t too bad. With a properly configured router (not as hard as it sounds), if you’re hosting something like a lemmy instance, the worst people can do is spam you with too many requests. An ISP that disallows self-hosting is a bummer though… having a static IP is pretty essential.

Odd post, but checks out
