The law is NOT the “only thing holding us back from killing each other”. There isn’t some crowd of killers ready to go, but oh shucks they just respect the law way too much. What a ridiculous notion. If the law prevented us from killing each other then nobody would ever kill anyone.

I removed myself from the food chain a decade and a half ago by forgoing meat entirely. Now I don’t have to have weird moral arguments with myself.
