I’m exactly that kind of person, would rather order online and no contact, or self checkout. Yet I still feel that pushing that to every service isn’t right. Insert Jurassic Park quote here. Maybe doing things just because we can isn’t the best qualifier.

Using it to share data can be a nightmare, especially since different departments might look at that data in various ways and want their own formats. I work for a Fortune 500 company that, at least at my level of management, emailing around attached full spreadsheets of daily data rather than have a centralized database. I’ve fought it for years, but it’s what the higher ups want…stupid.

Even better when Microsoft puts out improvements like 365 and OneDrive that break certain functions, then depreciates Excel itself. God I hate the cloud.

This could have potentially happened to Apollo 11, had Armstrong not taken over manually to steer clear of the targeted landing site with some rough areas. More detailed and accurate reply is preferred, but length isn’t a quantifier for that. If anything that’s the problem with most LLMs, they tend to ramble a bit more than they need to, and it’s hard (at least with just prompting) to rein that in to narrow the answer to just the answer.

I looked up some images, and there’s some that aren’t bad. The ones on the East that I’ve seen are the basic skinny tower with some Christmas tree-like foliage up and down, jutting far above the pine trees, so they stick out more than if they had just left it a bare tower.

Grating might also be for protection from things like nesting birds. I prefer this over the obvious fake but pretending to be a tree versions.

Which is exactly what happened when things started growing quickly due to the first Reddit exodus. OP should try and set up their own instance without any filtering and if it gains enough users and attention they’ll see what full openness gets them. Have to remember, sometimes censorship doesn’t mean you’re being repressed, it just means most people don’t care for or are ignoring your viewpoint.

True, when it’s behaving I forget that there is some propagation still going on. Nevertheless, it doesn’t answer the lack of any delete options. I’ve scanned through the main Mbin github, but don’t see anything that matches. Maybe people don’t look for it normally. :)

Can’t do a long press on desktop. :/ For what it’s worth, you posted that both got banned, but they still show in my messages, so it seems pretty permanent. Maybe I’ll look around at Mbin’s dev and see if it’s a known bug…I mean, feature.
