Practically every controversial thing trump has done would’ve gotten anyone else into scalding hot water. With him, it almost strengthens him. The absolute only way things could’ve been sensible is if “grab them by the pussy” would’ve ended his political career. I feel pretty confident it strengthened his popularity by a lot.
