Yep, I noticed that too, OP. And when I point it out, they claim I’m crying victim or that I have “main character syndrome” or that I am sealioning.
But you’re not alone. Other people notice this just like you do.
Mormon Satanist. Transracial Socialist Workers Party Kopimist Monk. Debt-free. Alcohol-free. Drug-free. Caffeine-free. Over 45,000 downvotes, mocked, parodied, and bullied —all because I dare stand against the current Duopoly. Yet here I am, standing tall, defending worker’s rights. “Union!”

Same reasons that ad tiers are gaining a foothold in streaming services like Netflix. The consumer has shown they are fine with it.
Yep, I remember when Netlfix first put it out there that they would start with the ads, and everyone on reddit was like, “Canceling my Netflix right now!!”
Netflix is doing just fine without the 5 redditors who actually did cancel it. lmao
Totally agree!
Great post. Thank you for this insight!
And he was right!
Ahhh, the good ole days
Change will only ever come from the workers organizing together from the ground up,
Amen, brother.
Love your work. I just donated!
Whenever I see these articles, I feel like it’s part of OpenAI’s marketing strategy to use the fear-based media to pump up the sense of how revolutionary their tech is
Yep, I think that’s what’s going on too.
I subscribe to discussion topics, that’s why I’m on lemmy and not mastodon.
Yep! I feel the same way!
Thank you. Everyone is calling me a troll and saying things like, “Troll alert. Account is only 2 days old!”
But WTF? Are we supposed to wait after we create an account to start posting?
No. I created an account so I could START posting. lol
Why would I “Post less,” and expect that to help black people?! What?!
Good! Maybe I will try this for the Jill Stein campaign then!
Definitely plenty of DNC stans here, but definitely not as ban-happy as Reddit was when it comes to having a different opinion.
Are those better than Lemmy? I’m enjoying Lemmy so far.
Probably due to Reddit fuckary. Between power-hungry, ban-happy mods and Reddit talking about possibly charging for select subs, I definitely bailed and came here.
Two days old today, baaabbby!!
Doing my part tho! I’ve created 5 communities and have posted over 100 times in the last two days. :)
