You know you can get 100/100 speeds right? But it will cost more obviously. That’s why people who don’t upload stuff get 100/10. It matches their needs just as well and is cheaper.
Could the open-sourcing of the other drive apps lead to an unofficial Linux app?
It can’t really be enforced and they say so in the proposal. It is something “good actors” should abide by just like robots.txt. Anyone can just ignore it if they want.
