Thing is, proving drones against those will be rather easy (if they are fiber controlled at least) just wrap the whole thing in a wiremesh should do it (adjust hole size depending on frequency).

I assume that the vehicle has some protection already and that a small shape charge (possibly angled in the wrong direction due to drone impacting with ground) that goes off like 5m next to the vehicle should not render it out of action. It may be a different situation if the drone carries a EFP or a claymore type warhead that detonates a fair distance away from the vehicle (i have not seen those in common use against vehicle by now tho).

yeah there is no way this is a actual EMP, like one that creates overvoltage thru induction in circuits and hence burns out the drone circuits. this is a “smart” jammer, probably a glorified deauther and it can do nothing against fiber drones

The form factor alone makes it clear that this isnt a EMP, if it in fact where a EMP in this formfactor it had a rage of maybe 3-4m tops.

At this point just use the TV as screen for a Raspberry and be done with it. Pi hole is good but it cant catch everything, and i would expect smart tv’s by now try to smuggle out data on things that can get around the pihole. Every Smart TV has to be assumed a compromised device, with advanced data exfiltration options.
