In the context of corporate news aiding or hindering trump, the headline is the most important part of any article for several reasons. The Atlantic is a big publication. They could have gotten some eyes on it, could have started some conversations. But, they won’t because they chose not to.
You understand I’m not arguing there’s no reason to call it “America is watching the rise of the dual state”, right - I’m saying that by leaving out the F word they’re deliberatly blunting the impact.
Its named after the book. The book about Nazi fascism.
