Is it just me or we all seeing nothing but political panic during the day, and just absolute nonsense banger memes at night around 3am?

      That’s kind of you.

      There’s not much unfortunately. If you have a couple bucks free you could donate to one of the better labs. Ie. this excellent genetics team. But I realise that isn’t feasible for most people.

      Otherwise just maybe reading a short article about how politically marginalised the illness is could be helpful. In having more people “woke” on this issue. This article by Monbiot is short and works quite well.
