I imagine that many sane and aware citizens have pondered doing the violence on some level, but probably conclude it’s ultimately ineffective; though I haven’t seen any fed thugs in my area, I can’t say I wouldn’t attempt to defend a proximal bystander with lethal force. We’re separated, distracted, divided, and surveilled so cutting off all of the heads of the snake is kinda tough.

Remember there’s strength in numbers. Acting alone is risky, you would greatly benefit from some backup in a situation like that (in Minecraft).
