Recently, the administration urged a group of nine universities, including the University of Texas at Austin, to sign a 10-point plan that would guarantee them certain funding advantages if the schools agreed to President Trump’s demands.
So that is racketeering, is it not ?
It would be if SCOTUS hadn’t decreed that the POTUS is above the law while carrying out actions in an official capacity.
I wonder if he was diddling kids in an official capacity as future POTUS.
