I find it so surprising that around 70 percent of all human made resources such as concrete are made AFTER 1990. I mean 1990 is fairly a recent time and I don’t think we have experienced much of environmental changes. Where are all they? Do they mostly come from developing countries?

Well they may say 4G phones are expensive but in my country older 2G phones are absurdly expensive claiming they are “collectors item” whilest used Google Nexus 5Xes sell off at 10$…

Their new UI made the browser unusable anyway. Looks like a child toy to me.

I don’t really love Firefox’s default UI but I can customize it with about:config and userChrome.css to fit my taste.

I’d love to imagine around 20 years later people would be retrofitting old and heavy phone, laptop, and EV batteries with lighter and faster-charging ones…

After seeing this news I just created this lemmy account. I hope people make the right decision and move on to lemmy.
