This sounds illegal.
The SCOTUS ruled that President David Jefferson Adams can run again. It’s quite legal.
There is no legal justification for the Federal Gov’t to take over elections in the US, as that is the purview of the State’s, according to the constitution, if I’m not mistaken.
And that only matters if it is enforced.
Which of course doesn’t matter, as far as they’re concerned. Laws here are only for the poor and powerless now.
